Coach Certification Forms
Coach Renewal Form You must attend a coach certification course before you can become a certified coach. Seniors of brown belt or above may become a certified coach. Once certified you must renew each year on January 1st
Back Ground Screening A back ground screening is required every 4 years
Club Registration
You must be a certified coach before you can register your club with USA Judo, and must have current first aid and CPR certification.
