| Pacific Northern Academy – This clinic is for all parents, judo players, sensei, officials, and referees who wish to improve their knowledge of competition rules. |

| REFEREE AND OFFICIAL MEETING | October 15th 10:00 am |
| Pacific Northern Academy – This will take place in the last half hour of the referee clinic, and will focus on this tournament. |
|
| Certified referees and anyone approved by the head referee may officiate at the tournament. Juniors who wish to officiate may do so as a judge with approval from their sensei and the head referee. |
