Kodokan Goshin jutsu

For participant safety and to ensure proper technique is developed, Judo should only be practiced under the supervision of a qualified instructor.

Kodokan Goshin Jitsu means Kodokan Self-defense. It is comprised of defenses agains armed and unarmed attacks. The Kodokan Judo Institue has provided guide to the Kodokan Goshin Jitsu.
